will there be any disruption to services?
We will be closed for Daycare Services on: March 1 (Friday) and March 4 (Monday).
Otherwise, there will be no disruption to services!
will the prices change?
Nope! At this time there will be no pricing adjustment!
will the hours change?
Nope! Hours will be the same. Mon- Fri - 6:30am-6:30pm Sat & Sun 8am- 5pm!
will all my dog's favorite staff friends be there?
Yes! And we can't wait to see our dog friends there!
what happens if my dog is boarding during the transition? where will they be on what days? how will they get to the new location?
If your dog is staying with us during the transition, they will either be walked, or take a short, secured car ride over to 14175 Sullyfield Cir. on the afternoon of Feb. 29, or morning of March 1. Once they are settled into their new digs, we'll send over an update by email or text and let you know that they are all comfy and set up with their things! All pick- ups from boarding AFTER March 1 will be completed at: 14175 Sullyfield Circle Chantilly VA (Suite 100/ G), regardless of drop off location. BEFORE opening time on March1, all drop offs/ pick ups will be conducted at 14310 Sullyfield Circle Chantilly VA (Current location!)
what date will in-person services start at the new location?
March 1 Starting March 1, all services including Private Lessons, Boarding, Board and Train, Daycare (closed 3/1 and 3/4), Consultations, Group Classes, ETC will be conducted at 14175 Sullyfield Cir!
will there be a virtual tour of the new place? What if I have more questions?
