Due to high demand, and limited availability, the following cancellation policy is in place for all Private Lessons- on and off site, including In-Home. Rescheduling or Cancellation Notice is requested at minimum 24 hours in advance of your appointment in order to avoid any Cancellation Penalty. Notice can only be provided 24-hours in advance by email to: [email protected] (at any time of day) or during business hours by phone/ voicemail at (703)-463-2188. If a Rescheduling or Cancellation Request is not received, or received less than 24-hours in advance of the scheduled service, there will be a deduction of (1) Service Credit. If a credit is not on your account, the full amount of the service will be charged to your Card on File. Exemptions will be made on a case by case basis, including: emergency, contagious illness, increased or unmanageable chronic health symptoms, hazardous weather, etc All clients will receive one “grace” cancellation in which (1) late cancellation will be forgiven regardless of notification time frame. After that point, the cancellation policy will be enforced as written.
Board and train
$500 Board and Train Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to another service or store credit for use at a later date. Additionally, a deposit paid for one set of dates can be transferred to different dates, or a different dog within the same owner.
Full Amount of Balance due at Drop off Time.
Any unused Board and Train credits are non-refundable, but transferable to store credit.
Week Day Drop off Training
First week due at time of booking/ securing dates.
No rescheduling penalty. No refund available for pre-purchased Week Day Drop Off Training, transfer to store credit available.
Overnight boarding
No penalty for cancellation or rescheduling in any time frame as of Jan. 2025.
